Traditional installation involves adhesive being applied to the sub floor, then the floor covering is laid in to it. When it needs renewing, it has to be scraped up and sent to landfill. This leaves a residue, which has to be removed, and the floor will need levelling before it’s ready for more flooring.

With IOBAC it's much more straightforward:

• Metallised coating is applied to the sub floor
• In 60 minutes it is set
• Magnetised vinyl tiles are then dry laid
• You can lift and replace tiles at will

All of our floor products can be made for use with the IOBAC system and this will be dependant on a minimum order quantity.
